Between balancing working full time, being a husband and father, and training and racing, Jake knows not only how to train effectively, but also efficiently. He ensures that you can experience a full and varied life in addition to being a performance athlete.
We work with you to identify your goal, then create a training program that helps you realize it. Most of our performance coaching is designed to help you perform at the top of your game for a specific event, though it can be tailored to help increase overall endurance as well.
Sessions can be conducted in person or remotely, using Training Peaks, an online platform that allows you access to your training program from anywhere.
If you like, personal coaching sessions, nutrition, and other training support can be included as part of your performance coaching package.
